About the Coffee
Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee and most of it to this day is still grown by small family farmers so it’s easy to see why this very special coffee is some of the most sought after specialty coffee in the world. Gedeo is the region in Ethiopia where this coffee comes from. This Gedeo coffee is even more rare due to its natural processing. Natural processing is a 21 day process where they sun dry the coffee on raised beds. It locks the fruit into the bean trapping all of those great fruit and floral flavors in the coffee. Enjoy!
