Aquiares, the farm where this coffee is grown, manages the entire production chain of its coffee to ensure top quality. The dedication to their process is only matched by the level of care they show their workers, partners and guests. Our creator, Josh Cooke, witnessed the genuine hospitality of Aquiares firsthand as he toured the farm and cupped coffee with the farm manager, Diego, and some of his head staff. Josh observes that the amount of work they do to cultivate more than 1 million coffee trees on this property really shows in the cup. This is one of the best coffees we’ve ever sold.
